Can you please recommend broadband for me?

You are right to change Tiscali are poor. In all fairness though it is to do with your exchange and how far away you live from it. The broadband companies won't tell you this but it is true. I was previously with Pipex and changed to tiscali. Pipex was better, a little bit more expensive though.
