What new ways will Obama use to insult Americans to appease the Muslims when he visits the Middle East?

I am so ashamed and embarred that that man is occupying the White House. Whatever he says will only serve to make us and him look weak and divided, which we are, and which makes us vulnerable. Which is what Obama is going for.
