Does anyone notice the coincidence with jack shepherd and derek shepherd, and juliet burke and preston?

It's bound to happen. That's 70's Show, which was on Fox, had a character named Eric Foreman, just like House, which is also on Fox, also has a character name Eric Foreman. Maybe some of the crew are getting lazy.
