Why if the "cocaine illegal trade" is "world-wide Global"; violence and terrorism is only hitting Mexico?

There is no secret U.S. war on Mexico. There is a war in Mexico that may have a faction funded by the USA. Probably a few factions funded by Columbia, Afghanistan, China, different factions of the Mexican gov't, and no telling how many other groups and nations. Dire situation down there with no simple answers.
